Protection and Use of Personal Data

  • All content in BIIOS Mobile is subject to and protected by Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright.

  • PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA complies with the personal data protection policies set out in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Informatics No. 20 of 2016 on Personal Data Protection in Electronic Systems, which govern and protect the use of Users’ important data and information. PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA protects all information provided by Users when registering for, accessing, and using all BIIOS Mobile services.

  • PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA is entitled to use Users’ data and information to improve the quality of services in the BIIOS Mobile application.

  • PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA is not responsible for any exchange of data carried out by BIIOS Mobile users among themselves.

  • PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA may only disclose data and/or information held by users where required by laws and regulations, when requested by an authorised institution under applicable law, and/or upon an official court order.

  • Throughout the provision of its services, PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA is committed to providing the best protection in storing your personal data.

Data Retention

  • Personal Data will be retained for at least 10 years from the last use. Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, date of birth, position, telephone number, email address, photograph, bank account, gender, identity documents (including national ID card and tax ID) or other government-issued identification documents.

  • After this period, BIIOS Mobile may continue to retain the data if it can still be used in accordance with the purposes of BIIOS Mobile.

Third-Party Platform Services

  • In managing the BIIOS HRIS Mobile service, PT BINAJASA ABADIKARYA may cooperate with third parties while continuing to comply with its obligations regarding access and effective supervision in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
