Workforce coaching is a strategic step to improve the quality and competitiveness of our people. The session, attended in person and online by the President Director of BIJAK, aimed to develop the potential of our personnel, strengthen their technical and non-technical competencies, and instil professionalism, work ethics, and high productivity.
Through this activity, our personnel are expected not only to meet today’s workplace challenges but also to adapt to technological developments. Coaching is carried out continuously through training and mentoring.
